Introduced in 1886 coca cola in a carbonated beverage sold in 200 countries around the world. It originally contained extract from coca leaves the plant which cocaine is derived from and kola nuts a palm nut that contains caffeine. Coke once contained 9 milligrams of cocaine but that was replace in 1903 with spent leave the leftover of cocaine production. The current recipe contains a non-narcotic extract from the coca leaf. Coca Cola is mostly sugar, water, vanilla (Coke is the worlds largest consumer of vanilla), artifical flavors, phosphoric acid, and a perservative.  Coke over time can eat away your tooth enamel.
