Many bread makers have a power failure backup feature. This feature will allow your break maker to shut down for up to sixty minutes, then turn back on and continue exactly where it left off. The feature is cut off at sixty minutes for quality and health reasons. If you're using dairy products or other perishables in your bread you shouldn't let it sit for longer than sixty minutes, just clean out the bread maker and begin again.
Breads without perishables or dairy products can be restarted. Depending on which part of the cycle the bread maker was in you may not want to restart it however. The quality of the bread is open to interpretation I would say if you are forced to restart the bread making process midway.
The bread maker model that was submitted with this question does not have the power failure backup; you can only restart the whole process, or clean the bread maker out and begin again.
