If by "come from" you mean born in, then prepare your self for the TOP 5 LIST of states with the most presidents!

#5 In a 13-way tie with ONE president each are the states of: Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

#4 With two presidents, these states are in a triple-threat tie: North Carolina, Texas and Vermont.

#3 Jumping out ahead by having four presidents each are the states of Massachusetts and New York.

#2 Really pulling ahead of the pack is the state of Ohio with a whopping SEVEN presidents.

And... THe number one state with the most presidents is.......(drum roll please).......this state goes way way back, and edged out Ohio with a grand total of EIGHT presidents... The winner is..... VIRGINIA!!!!!
